Privacy Policy:
All personal information is confidential and will not be sold or shared with any third party unless required by law.

Sales Tax:
Atlanta and other Georgia residents will be charged 7% sales tax on all orders.

Return Policy:
Returns will only be made if a mistake was made with your order by Ribbity-Ribbitz. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return. Custom order returns will not be accepted.

Custom Orders:
Ribbity-Ribbitz is delighted to accept custom orders for your embroidery needs! Please call or email us with your requests or questions. We’ll get back to you with a price quote or with information we need to process your request. If you aren’t sure what you want we’ll be glad to help you with this process. There may be additional charges for materials we don’t have in stock.

Set-Up Fees:
Set-up fees cover labor involved in setting up digital files. We do not provide digital files to customers unless agreed upon in advance and in writing. Additional fees may apply.

Embroidery on Items Provided By Customer:
Ribbity Ribbitz will embroider on items provided by the customer. However, there is risk involved when using industrial embroidery machines and there is a slight increase in the price of the embroidery. In the event that items provided by the customer are damaged and/or ruined during the embroidery process, Ribbity Ribbitz will not replace the item, nor will Ribbity Ribbitz refund or replace the value of the item. We encourage customers to order from our catalog – that way, if there are ruins, we replace them! Ribbity Ribbitz will not print on tees provided by customers.

Availability:
Due to reasons beyond our control, certain supplies or materials may be discontinued or may not be available from the manufacturer. If this happens you will be contacted to discuss comparable options, if we cannot offer an acceptable substitute a refund will be issued.
